New species named in honour of Norman Robson

Hector Keller and Sara Crockett have described a new species of Hypericum from Misiones Province in Argentina in Phyton. The new species, a member of sect. Trigynobrathys, was collected in connection with ethnobotanical studies carried out with the Guaraní peoples and is characterized by its epigeous herbaceous scions produced seasonally from subterranean stems or roots. Hector and Sarah named the species Hypericum robsonii after Norman Robson and their publication was 'Dedicated to Dr. Norman K. B. Robson on the occasion of his 87th birthday, with sincere thanks for his kind help and support.'
