Petals bright? yellow, sometimes red-veined, 10–20 × 5–12 mm, 3–4 × sepals, obovate to broadly elliptic, long-unguiculate, rounded, with margin subentire to glandular-ciliate or -fimbriate, glands black; laminar glands pale, punctiform. Stamens c. 60, longest 8–12 mm; filaments sometimes reddish. Ovary c. 3 × 1.5 mm, ovoid, shortly acuminate; styles 4–5 mm, 1.3–1.6 × ovary.
